Group training isn’t for everyone
And we mean this 👆 in the most positive way. Most people aren’t ready to be left as a number mixed in the shuffle of another group training class that wants you in and out regardless of progress. The majority of people need more personal attention.
At Ambitious Athletics, our approach isn’t about burning calories or rushing through workouts. We focus on building resilient bodies protected by muscle and full of cardiovascular capabilities. Our coaching begins in the private assessment where we learn about how you move.
Our small-group training program resembles personalized training, is efficient, limited to 12 individuals and centered on strength exercises. We prioritize movement quality, goals, coachability, and a passion for an active lifestyle.
Our training programs will fast track your fitness and prepare you for any group training class you choose in the future.
Group Training Health and Performance Membership includes;
Unlimited Group Training + Open Gym + Recovery Room + Body Composition.
24 or 52-week commitment
Group Training, Monday - Friday at 6am, 7:15am, 6pm, and Saturday at 9am and 10am.
Private Cold Plunge / Infrared Sauna Recovery Room
Open Gym access outside of group training hours 8:30am - 5pm
Ambitious mobile training app (in-gym + on the road training tracks)
