Weโve all been there, right? Start a new diet, join a new gym or workout class - and by day 5 we expect to see abs when we look in the mirror. Unfortunately ๐ฉ๐ง๐ช๐, ๐จ๐ช๐จ๐ฉ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ก๐ ๐ฌ๐๐๐๐๐ฉ ๐ก๐ค๐จ๐จ ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐ข๐ช๐จ๐๐ก๐ ๐๐ง๐ค๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐๐จ ๐ฉ๐๐ข๐. Sometimes more than you could have expected.

In order to do that, you have to give yourself small wins each and every day. Small wins stimulate the reward center in your brain and have a chemical affect in your body that makes you want to chase that feeling.

Drink 100oz of water every day this week
2. Be in bed by 9-9:30pm 5 nights in a row

6. Say 1 nice thing about yourself in the mirror every morning after brushing your teeth
