do these 6 things daily for just 1 week. watch how your life changes.

In our culture of fad diets, skinny teas, and photoshop โ€“ it is very easy to have ๐™ช๐™ฃ๐™ง๐™š๐™–๐™ก๐™ž๐™จ๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™˜ expectations for our own journey.

Weโ€™ve all been there, right? Start a new diet, join a new gym or workout class - and by day 5 we expect to see abs when we look in the mirror. Sometimes more than you could have expected.

The urge to quit, start something else, or make the statement โ€œthis doesnโ€™t work for meโ€ becomes stronger. Thatโ€™s when we sometimes see clients reach for the drastic outlets like stimulants, restrictive diets and over exercise.

Hear me outโ€ฆ What if you decided to make the process enjoyable rather than always thinking about the end goal?

In order to do that, you have to give yourself small wins each and every day. Small wins stimulate the reward center in your brain and have a chemical affect in your body that makes you want to chase that feeling.

  1. Drink 100oz of water every day this week

2. Be in bed by 9-9:30pm 5 nights in a row

3. Increase weight lifted by 5 lbs this week

4. Be consistent to hit protein goals 5 out of the 7 days

5. 2 nights a week choose a book instead of TV

6. Say 1 nice thing about yourself in the mirror every morning after brushing your teeth

These small changes add up to big habit changes -
